It is a classical Bordeaux blend, produced from the carefully selected grapes of our best vineyards. In the 2000 vintage the keynotes are the ripeness and maturity. It is an opaque, robust wine with almost black tint in his colour. In the complex aromas the ripe fruits are dominating, with notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, leather and spices (aniseed, cinnamon). It was matured 15 months in new barrels and three years in bottles before entering the market. Gold medallist in Bruxelles, 2004!

Good choice with beef, roasts or red meat of venison.
